SPS was notified that Lincoln Elementary School is without power due to an issue in the surrounding neighborhood and therefore Lincoln Elementary School will not be in session for students today, March 13, 2026. All other schools are open and students should attend.

Last night was the third annual Future Educator Club Winter Social Alumni event! SHS students, SHS alumni currently in college, and SPS staff came together to talk about careers in education—the challenges, the highlights, and the joy of caring for children ❤️ We shared great conversations, played games, laughed, and celebrated our passion for education. Cheers to 2026 and to hopefully seeing some of these students return as future SPS staff!
Almost halfway through the year! Consistent attendance builds strong habits, strong learning, and ultimately leads to walking across the graduation stage. Consistent attendance helps kids reach their goals. Go Warriors! 🎓💙💛
